Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
