Your Role:

As a Full-Time AM LVN or RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders.
• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents' needs are met.
