What Youll Be Doing: Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads, delivering a consultative, educational experience that earns trustCustomized Proposals: Offer tailored design and pricing options showcasing the beauty, performance, and ROI of our window and siding systemsProject Ownership: Guide clients from consultation through close, delivering white-glove service and clear communicationMarket Growth: Network with HOAs, realtors, and local influencers to expand awareness and build long-term sales opportunitiesCross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, production, and customer care to ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish What Youll Need: Sales Mastery: Proven success in in-home or commission-based sales (experience with Infinity from Marvin is a major plus)Self-Starter Mentality: Driven by results, motivated by goals, and disciplined in your daily routineCommunication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive.
