Position OverviewAs a
Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care that helps residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. You will support individualized treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to an upbeat, resident‑focused therapy environment.
Compensation- Starting Rate: $35 per hour
- Plus DOE (rate increases based on experience)
What You'll Do- Implement treatment plans under PT supervision
- Facilitate therapeutic exercises, functional training, and mobility programs
- Accurately document treatments and outcomes
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and leadership teams
- Promote a positive, professional, and safe environment for residents and staff
What You Bring- Active PTA license in California
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a resident‑centered mindset
- Skilled nursing or post‑acute experience is a plus (not required)
