Pay Range: $58-$60 per hour (based on PRN or Full-Time status)

Requirements

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems is a plus
