What You'll Do- Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans
- Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services that support independence and functional progress
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide training to Restorative Aides
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Contribute positively to the overall therapy environment
What You'll Need- Valid California Occupational Therapy license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
