Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
About Las Colinas Post AcuteLas Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County. We provide comprehensive short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe and welcoming setting.

ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will:
- Provide individualized therapy interventions to help residents improve independence and functional abilities
- Assist with therapeutic activities to enhance mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail
Qualifications- Active COTA certification and California state licensure required
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
