Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our compassionate care team.
About Las Colinas Post AcuteLas Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County. We provide long‑ and short‑term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe, welcoming setting. Our facility features:
- Private rooms with en‑suite bathrooms

Your Role as a COTAWorking under the guidance of licensed Occupational Therapists, you will:
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery
- Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust care plans
- Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session while documenting care accurately
What We're Looking For- Valid COTA certification and California licensure
- A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting is a plus
