💰 Pay:
  • Full-Time: $70-$75/hour + full benefits
  • Travel/PRN: Up to $95/hour (no benefits)

What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders
  • Supervise PTAs and support staff in patient care activities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient progress and outcomes
  • Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and rehab meetings
  • Train staff and caregivers on maintenance and restorative programs
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation per state and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist with ordering adaptive and durable medical equipment
  • Maintain therapy equipment and report any issues

What We're Looking For:
  • Active California Physical Therapist license (in good standing)
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred)
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively
  • Comfortable with EMR systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare
