Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and department performance

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in California
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for providing high-quality care to our residents
