OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to lead our rehabilitation department and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This leadership role combines
clinical expertise, team management, and operational oversight across inpatient and outpatient services.

What You'll Do✔ Lead, supervise, and support rehab staff (PT, OT, SLP, assistants, aides, students)
✔ Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
✔ Provide direct patient care while maintaining a manageable caseload
✔ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
✔ Oversee clinical documentation, billing accuracy, and audits
✔ Implement and monitor rehab programs and patient outcomes
✔ Drive department productivity and performance goals
✔ Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
✔ Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams and referral sources
✔ Support quality improvement initiatives and service expansion
What You'll Need✅ Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or Speech Language Pathology (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- Active state license in PT, OT, OTA/COTA, or SLP (must be in good standing)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting highly preferred
✅ Skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of rehab regulations, documentation, and billing
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Net Health, PointClickCare preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist patients
- Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance as appropriate)
- Perform hands-on patient care activities
