Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the overall operations of the Shores Hotel restaurant and Club Dining outlets. This role coordinates and oversees daily food service activities, working both independently and through supervisory oversight of staff. This position upholds and promotes LJBTC, Inc’s Signature Service standards to ensure an exceptional member and guest experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager contributes to creating a lasting impression of exemplary service, resulting in highly satisfied and loyal members and guests.Salary Range: 72k to 75K
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in supervision of employees in the Service Staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit in the absence of the restaurant manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This company operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. At times it will be necessary to move you from your accustomed schedule as task assignments demand. In addition, it should be understood that business needs determine the number of hours that you work.
