  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing guidance on hiring timelines, candidate quality, and process milestones
End-to-End Talent Advisory and Delivery
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle while leveraging internal sourcing, attraction, and candidate experience hubs for execution support
  • Develop and execute tailored hiring strategies that balance external hiring with internal mobility opportunities
  • Translate role requirements into compelling talent narratives that reflect both the position and Korn Ferry's value proposition
  • Use data, insights, and feedback loops to continuously refine hiring strategies and outcomes
Candidate Experience Leadership
  • Serve as the steward of a consistent, inclusive, and human-centric candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Partner with internal candidate experience teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely communication
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess capability, potential, and cultural alignment
  • Represent Korn Ferry as a trusted advisor and employer brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey
