Kind Lending, LLC is hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time position.

Client Acquisition Specialist Kind Lending is determined to forge a new identity in the wholesale lending and mortgage banking space. Position Summary: The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the solicitation of new/existing business for the company through Broker Inquiries, Account renewal, NMLS reporting, and other paths as identified by management to drive market share, client share, and profitability. Responsibilities: Solicit and cultivate new and existing clients on Kind. Drive sales strategies and disciplines to maximize production opportunity and retention of partners within designated territory. Responsible for managing the weekly suspended client report. Outbound calls. Follow ups. Inactive marketing campaign. CRM management. Introduce new clients to the KWIKIE portal. Prepare warm handoff to outside AE. Client "ready to do business". Maintain acceptable performance metrics as determined by Kind Lending. Disciplined relationship management of opportunity accounts with a focus on account activity, wallet share, and market-share metrics. Use prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions to produce expected results; gather data and update CRM systems accordingly. Have fluency of industry knowledge and enhance your expertise through training, industry publications, lending bulletins. Be a subject matter expert on Kind Lending policies, procedures, products, and technology. Proposition and present our process, product, and technology platforms. Provide excellent service through disciplined follow-up and guidance to our Broker Partners. Coverage for vacant territory(s) on temporary basis when backfilling a sales team member. Qualifications: Basic mortgage knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs. Networking and Communication skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to work remotely to establish, maintain and grow relationships over the phone, email, or other electronic forums. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Pay Disclosure: The starting base pay range for this position is $26, 100 annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
