Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Concierge to join our team full-time. This front-facing role is key to creating a positive first impression for residents, families, and visitors. The Concierge will assist with admissions-related tasks, coordinate guest services, and support overall customer satisfaction within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Support the admissions team with clerical and administrative tasks
• Provide facility tours to potential residents and their families
• Coordinate move-in/move-out logistics in partnership with nursing and housekeeping
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent communication
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with resident events, appointments, and transportation coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service, admissions, or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
