The salary range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour based upon a San Francisco location.
The Brand Operations team is dedicated to ensuring that we execute our product strategies globally. By streamlining and reimagining our ways of working, we enable our Fenty Brands to improve profitability and drive growth through best-in-class process management.
The Temporary Associate Manager, Brand Ops role will support all Fenty Brands (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, Fenty Fragrance). They will report to the Director, Brand Ops and will focus on execution excellence across Fenty's best in class processes. The ideal candidate is a great collaborator, who is a quick learner and eager, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on new challenges in this temporary assignment. They will be inspired by the possibility of "what could be" at Kendo!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage key business driving processes across all Fenty Brands, including managing timelines, milestone meetings, & communicating to key stakeholders
- Processes include, but are not limited to: Pricing, Sampling, & Product Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement projects and initiatives for the brand, ensuring all key processes are executed on time
- Manage the Global Brand Operations Calendar, informing cross functional teams of upcoming milestones
- Support Director of Brand Operations to drive profit within each brand, including vendor relationships, strategic insights, and profit driving projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years' experience in an operational role with PM experience, ideally in a CPG environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous exposure to Process Improvement and Project Management a strong plus
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent communicator and team player; able to build strong partnerships with global brand, sales, operations, and merchandise planning. Prior experience is a highly cross-functional role is strongly desired.
- Excellent in using Excel
- Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and client service-oriented
