The salary range for this temp position is $58.00 $66.00 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location.

SUMMARYThe Manager, Global Brand Strategy & Brand Operations plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic brand initiatives across the Fentyverse (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, Fenty Fragrance).
This role is responsible for ensuring strong end-to-end execution across key Brand Ops processes including Product Lifecycle Management (Global Assortment, Space Planning, Discontinuation, E& O), while partnering closely with Regional teams to support growth and operational efficiency.
Reporting into the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy & Operations, this role contributes to driving brand sales, substantial margin and OP growth, and fostering regional process consistency across all global markets.
RESPONSIBILITIESBoost profitability through Product Lifecycle & Key processes implementation across the Fentyverse:
- Own the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management process, ensuring timely and efficient execution across key milestones (Global Assortment, Space Planning, Disco).
Own Global Space Planning & Assortments (in collaboration with Global Brand and VM teams) to maximize retail presence and product visibility across all different space configurations. - Oversee the Discontinue Process, by leading quarterly cross-functional meetings, sharing updates, and incorporating feedback from international markets to ensure key milestones are met (Budget, Strat Plan, R1, R2).
- Partner with Sr. Director to collaborate with Brand, Finance, Sales & Supply Planning teams to support data-driven decision-making and healthy P& L outcomes.
Manage end-to-end Excess & Obsolete (E& O) strategy across the Fentyverse:
- Build and execute the E& O strategy, including inventory opportunities and monthly sales plans.
- Lead sales process and negotiation with off-price partners.
- Track monthly sales performance against targets and proactively identify incremental opportunities.
Ensures Global Coordination, Execution & Operational Efficiency in collaboration with the Associate Brand Ops Manager:
- Orchestrate seamless regional alignment and efficient Go-To-Market execution across all global markets.
- Streamline & Optimize process communication between Global Brand & International Markets.
- Act as the key international liaison (e.g., global monthly meetings, market week presentation, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand, operations, or merchandising within the beauty, fashion, or luxury goods industry, with a focus on makeup, skincare, or fragrance.
- Previous exposure to Process Improvement and Project Management is a strong plus.
- Data-savvy profile with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in sales performance analysis and business reporting.
- Experience in inventory management and/or beauty off-price channels is a plus.
- Effective problem solver, driven by a Project Manager mindset with a strong focus on efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a highly detail-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing global teams and initiatives.
