The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, KVD Beauty, Lip Lab.

The salary range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00 per hour based upon a San Francisco location.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Temp - Manager, Paid Search & Google Ads will manage all paid search campaigns and strategies. This role will be responsible for all aspects of performance and growth marketing across the Kendo brands, focused on scalable revenue-driving and customer growth strategies through direct response marketing channels. This role will report into the Director, Performance Marketing and Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage budgets and tactics from new customer acquisition to retention via Google search, Bing, Google Shopping, PMAX, YouTube, etc. to further scale the business and increase profit for brand .com.
  • Manage channel calendar of activations/roadmap to ensure coverage & support for key events, launches, campaigns, etc. and ensure proper project planning to execute against all initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Analyze KPIs (including ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.) on an ongoing basis to drive optimizations and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals.
  • Consistent review of channel performance, reporting on and highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Directly manage agency and partner relationships to execute all strategies and campaigns.
  • Execute and manage key strategic projects & initiatives as outlined in the channel roadmap.
  • Partner with Director, marketing teams, and agency to develop & align on media plans for relevant campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of related digital marketing experience with expertise in SEM & Google advertising at industry-leading brands/companies/agencies - eCommerce, retail, and/or DTC preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools and technology (Google Analytics, Google Ads, tag management platforms, etc.)
  • Extensive experience leading and managing agency and vendor relationships. Experience also with internal channel execution preferred.
  • Able to balance both creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to bubble up insights and trends in a concise, shareable manner; experience creating dashboards and reports.
  • Experience managing across multiple brands at once a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS in a technical field from a leading university.
