The salary range for this position is $124, 000 - $155, 000 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce is responsible for the development and management of the overall strategic plan for global direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales-driving initiatives. They work closely with internal and external partners to drive the business to hit net sales targets, KPIs & platform metrics. They partner with their leadership on the development of net sales targets, expenses, KPIs & platform metrics. They monitor DTC sales daily and lead the team, including cross-functional partners, on the execution of campaigns, shifts & pivots to hit goals. They lead the development of the annual, monthly & daily platform plan with all team members and partners. They keep their team, leadership and all partners informed of business performance and all business plans in a timely and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and manages the yearly strategic plan for global direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales-driving initiatives; to include building the yearly and daily plan to meet DTC sales and profitability targets.
  • Supports the budget planning & revision process, to include the development of net sales targets and developing and managing the fixed marketing budget. Supports the execution of optimizations and initiatives to improve P& L performance, i.e. promotions, campaigns, marketing direction and affiliate support.
  • Leads the development of the overall platform strategy, to include campaign planning and execution, to drive key DTC objectives, targets and KPIs. Partners with all key cross-functional partners and leadership team members on the development and execution of the strategic plan.
  • Forecasts event/campaign net sales targets and KPIs and proactively partners with operational partners on the business needs; to include warehouse, inventory transfers, supply chain, and NSG vendors.
  • Monitors business daily and provides updates to leadership on financial performance and plans to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Monitors platform performance and partners with digital and operational partners to ensure we're meeting platform KPIs.
  • Delivers ongoing reporting, to include weekly reporting, event recaps and assortment performance. Monitors and reports on competitive landscape.
  • Manages the development and execution of strategies to help support platform experience and conversion; to include partnering with internal and external product and tech teams to deliver a strong customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of digital and ecommerce experience with expertise inDTC sales driving initiatives in the retail industry.
  • BA or BS degree or relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of best in class digital marketing and ecommerce practices
  • Significant experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Business Manager and Shopify
  • Advanced skills developing digital strategic plans and analyzing performance and data.
  • Able to demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships including demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to drive to desired outcomes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities a must
  • Be flexible and agile, with highest levels of professionalism at all times; calm under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Motivated self-starter; able to be resourceful and work independently
