The salary range for this position is $105, 700 - $132, 200 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Summary:

The Marketing Manager, Lip Lab will be responsible for marketing initiatives to support the Lip Lab retail locations and brand including new store openings across digital, social and influencer channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recommend, and execute localized marketing initiatives that align with overall brand strategies and achieve specific performance metrics
  • Track and manage budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Lead and drive the content planning process with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution across website, operations, and store teams. Craft an organic content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, capitalizing on each platform's strengths
  • Own community management for all our social channels, fostering a vibrant online space and building brand loyalty
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights and use them to develop social, digital and content marketing strategies.
  • Analyze influencer & content performance and track the effectiveness of all content, providing monthly reports with insightful learnings
  • Lend a hand in creating compelling decks to support various business needs
  • Plan and execute flawless new store opening events to fuel Lip Lab growth, leveraging social media, influencers and on-site activations, to create a buzz and generate excitement. You will also help develop post-launch social and influencer strategies to foster customer engagement, brand loyalty and ultimately lead to each store's success.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Retail & beauty experience a plus, but not a must have
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital, social and influencer marketing campaigns, bonus if with a retail brand or experience.
  • Curious and passionate about innovation within the marketing space, always looking to find what's next
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends by platform
  • Collaborative spirit- must be a strong communicator and be able to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Data driven approach to social and influencer, with the ability to track and analyze to inform future strategies.
