Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Technician - Project Support to perform technical supply management functions in support of depot, local, or program-level operations. This role involves executing a range of supply activities within established systems and procedures to ensure accurate accountability, efficient material handling, and overall mission support. The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of supply processes and the ability to analyze and resolve routine supply issues.
Key Responsibilities - Perform technical supply management functions, including:
- Inventory control and stock management
- Storage and warehouse operations
- Cataloging and classification of materials
- Property accountability and utilization
- Support supply operations organized by commodity area or functional responsibility.
- Execute assignments with moderate scope, complexity, and responsibility in accordance with established guidelines.
- Analyze and resolve routine supply discrepancies, shortages, or documentation issues.
- Apply governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records in applicable supply systems and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support program and operational requirements.
- Evaluate supply data and recommend process improvements or corrective actions as needed.
- Support program requirements while adapting to minor variations in standard procedures.
Qualifications - Working knowledge of supply systems, programs, and policies.
- Familiarity with supply nomenclature, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to interpret and apply established guidelines to routine supply operations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, gather data, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work independently on defined assignments.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supporting military or government logistics operations is preferred.
Work Environment - Work may be performed in warehouse, depot, or office settings.
- Regular interaction with cross-functional teams to support logistical and operational needs.
Compensation - Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $31.51
- Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and education.
