LOCATION

Cupertino, CA, onsite 5 days a week
JOB SUMMARY

The Test Engineer will develop and integrate hardware and software to enable testing for our client.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experience in Swift development
  • Familiarity with XCTest Framework
  • Proven full-stack development, preferably in Python
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and other front-end frameworks such as React
  • Passionate about product quality and attention to detail regardless of complexity of solution
  • Excellent troubleshooting and triaging skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies independently & bring new perspectives to our team


QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar degree program.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with Djano, Ruby on Rails, or Express a plus
  • Knowledge of Splunk, ElasticSearch, and building dashboards
  • Experienced in web or mobile UI automation
  • Familiarity with system power, performance and memory assessment tools

WORKING CONDITIONS

Tools and Equipment Used
  • Personal computer and other typical office equipment.

Physical & Mental Demands
  • Frequently required to sit at a desk/workstation for long period of time
  • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
  • Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office and photo/video equipment
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying of equipment, supplies, files, etc.
  • Ability to speak to and hear employees/clients via phone or in person
  • Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move around the office environment
    • Ability to analyze unique situations and develop appropriate response
    • Additional Physical Requirements: file, speak, write, hear, read, type, see
      • Additional Mental Requirements: compare, decide, direct, problem solve, analyze, instruct, interpret
