JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hiring a FROSCH Administrative Assistant in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a full-time position.

As an Administrative Assistant in the FROSCH team, you will support day-to-day administrative and operational work that keeps the office running efficiently. You help coordinate schedules, vendors, program activities, and reporting so the team can stay focused on delivering high-quality programs and service. You bring structure, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrative Assistant in the FROSCH team, you will support day-to-day administrative and operational work that keeps the office running efficiently. You help coordinate schedules, vendors, program activities, and reporting so the team can stay focused on delivering high-quality programs and service. You bring structure, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate vendor appointments
- Welcome visitors, answer phones, and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies to support a well-organized workspace
- Coordinate office maintenance and support vendor relationship management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Serve as a liaison across departments and with external partners to support timely communication
- Support program administration, including inbox management and lead distribution processes
- Coordinate logistics and follow-through for industry conferences and regional events
- Maintain updates across teams within project management platforms
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for leisure programs
- Support expense processing and reconciliation for assigned leaders, including travel and event expenses
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments
- Professional, service-oriented approach when working with vendors and advisors
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with expense management tools (such as Concur)
- Experience with project management platforms (such as Monday.com)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Experience supporting events, travel coordination, or conference logistics
- Experience in travel, leisure, or financial services environments
