Position Overview
The Staff R& D Engineer (Model and Claims Development) will use technical skills in the evaluation and testing of innovative products as well as the development of clinically relevant models for peripheral, coronary, and heart valve diseases. The Staff R& D Engineer will work closely with marketing and regulatory to design bench tests, model designs, and test plans drive the development of marketing claims to support business requirements. He or she will work closely with marketing to interface with customers to ensure the tests and models meet physician requirements. This Staff R& D Engineer will be expected to become the resident expert on competitive and complementary technology.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $121, 000 - $194, 350
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
