Position Overview
The Sr FP& A Analyst plays a key role in planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy to support our rapidly growing organization. This individual will collaborate with the FP& A team and key stakeholders across the organization, taking responsibility for tracking, managing, and reporting headcount.
Essential Job Functions
Lead headcount tracking and reporting processes, ensuring alignment between Finance and Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., Workday and Adaptive)
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, and FP& A teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and planning
Develop and maintain workforce models to track FTEs, costs, and variances across departments, geographies, and functions.
Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights and presentations for senior leadership, including headcount dashboards
Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and automation to enhance transparency and scalability
Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes with a focus on variance analysis and management reporting
Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes including reporting and ad hoc tasks for corporate needs
Participate in ad-hoc projects, systems upgrade and implementation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
3+ years of experience in combination FP& A, Finance or Accounting role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables
Familiarity with planning software such as Adaptive
Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
Demonstrated ability to business partner cross-functionally
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
Team player with strong work ethic

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$89, 000 - $142, 600Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
