Job Duties: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Participate in regular code reviews while mentoring and training team members on design techniques and coding standards. Lead the design of major software components, systems, and features. Synthesize design and development by envisioning the system architecture and implementing cutting-edge GUI/UI concepts from storyboards and wireframe designs. Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, clinicians, product managers, and peers to shape simple and effective user experiences, influencing the future of design. Work closely with Clinical Engineering, Human Factors, UX Design, System Software, and Visualization teams to implement versatile solutions to complex front-end development challenges while keeping the end user in mind.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer - GUI-related occupation.

Employee works 25% from home.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$172, 931 - $180, 000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
