Job Description:

Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert in a scientific/technology field. Develops actionable insights for methods and research for the internal R& D Software / Systems Engineering community. Applies in-depth skills of the field to design and develop industry leading products. Contributes to engineering projects, programs, and processes.
Works to achieve operational, functional, and/or business targets with impact on R& D Software / Systems Engineering results.
Participates in software development, code reviews, and test plan reviews.
Ensures clear and thorough code and design documentation.
Creates technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
Presents findings and provides updates on project status to team and management.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
