We are searching for the best talent for a Campus Manager to be in La Jolla, CA.

Purpose:

The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine La Jolla Campus Management team is looking for a Campus Manager to shape the campus business strategy supporting operational efficiency, organizational excellence and strategic project planning.

As the Campus Manager you will be at the forefront of shaping the work environment for our employees, directly influencing the culture and operational success of the La Jolla site. You will work alongside dynamic professionals, contribute to critical initiatives, and ensure that the company’s workplace environment continues to evolve in alignment with our business goals.

On this fast-paced role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives to optimize both business strategic operations and employee experience. in addition, you will secure business strategies align with company’s goals, while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive culture.

You will lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams passionate about delivering world-class employee services, strategic operations, and innovative workplace solutions. The position will involve developing, implementing, and refining site programs and strategies to build a productive, safe and engaging environment for all employees and site visitors. Building and maintaining relationships with key external and internal partners to identify potential alignments and partnerships will also be important. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, handle service levels, and supervise performance to ensure continuous improvement across all workplace functions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving and supporting a solid site business strategy focused on services and employee programs which support operational efficiency, organizational excellence and strategic planning, that align with the company’s mission and values.
  • Driving service excellence, ensuring that employee programs —such as concierge services, site ambassadors, new hire-program and employee engagement —are provided at the highest level of quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Understanding environmental, occupational, and safety risks associated with the site operations, and ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to minimize potential liabilities.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance metrics to assess service and program delivery effectiveness using data insights to drive continuous improvements.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee experiences, such as crafting engaging workspaces, improving access to amenities, and introducing innovative solutions that surprise and delight.
  • Partnering with the employee engagement and other teams to improve the value of site activities, programs and solutions that align with company goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and other partners to drive alignment and ensure workplace initiatives are supportive of business objectives.
  • Influencing and inspiring transformation through effective communication and organizational change processes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required

Required:

  • A minimum of 6 years relevant experience is required
  • Confirmed experience in leading cross-functional teams, motivating change, and leading multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Ability to influence strategy, set clear goals, and drive performance, with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results is required
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and timely execution is required
  • Ability to build and maintain strong collaborations at all levels of the organization, including senior business leaders, is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100, 000 - $172, 500USD

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
