• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Working experience of manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 0-3 years related industrial machine shop experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Operates equipment to produce machined parts according to blueprints, router package specifications and/or special instructions.
• Understands and uses drawings, manuals, and work instructions to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work-piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Starts and observes on-going machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
• Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications.
• Inspects parts for quality and appropriate tolerance using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
• Records the piece count and run time of the production times.
• Verify dimensions and alignment of assembly.
• Checks parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers and gauges and perform SPC
Compensation:
$20/hr.-$25/hr.
