Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Forge Helper in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a full-time position.
Basic Qualifications
Salary Range: $23/hr to $25/hrSummary
Assists the work unit in the production process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent GED.
- Minimum of three months working in a manufacturing environment.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

- Basic understanding of forging process and procedures.
- Ability to follow directions given by the Blacksmith or Supervisor.
- Keeps track of serialization of parts.
- Maintains a safe and organized work area and displays concern for maintain equipment (manipulator, furnaces, etc.)
- Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
- Ensures that the parts being worked on are of the highest quality.
