Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • 3-Year minimum Customer Service experience.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking an Accounts Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to analyze customer orders, data management and resolving customer issues by working with our Inside Sales representatives and various departments. This position is located at the HFS Aerospace Distribution Facility in Simi Valley, CA. Howmet is a company that promotes and develops from within with worldwide opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Enter and edit all necessary orders and changes as required into Oracle

•Review proper inventory allocations vs. customer backlog to determine allocation of parts.

•Review and manage weekly specific customer backlog reports for credit, sub inventories, customer holds and stock reserves.

•Assists Sales to access EDI accounts for specific customers and the processing of orders as required

•Takes information from customers regarding order discrepancies. Coordinates RMAs and resolutions

•Handle difficult customer related situations and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Coordinates with other Howmet Sites and third-party vendors to provide response to customer inquiries.

•Follows up and coordinates with other Simi Valley departments to provide response to customer inquiries.
