The team is currently seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements while ensuring accuracy and exceptional guest service. This role communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and the Front Office, as well as processes reservation request calls as appropriate. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled from either 8: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM or 9: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM.
Hourly Rate: $35.55 per hour
What will I be doing: Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Communicates and verifies reservation details between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and the Front Office to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction. Handles reservation request calls and assists guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
