Pay Rate: $18 per hour plus part-time benefits (Paid time Off, 401K, team member travel program, etc.)

What will I be doing?

As Museum Docent, you would beresponsible for selling tours andmerchandise and answering historic inquiries from the visiting public.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcomes gue s ts in a prompt and friendly manner. Responds to questions about hotel history and merchandise. Assists guests with purchases.
• Handles cash, processes refunds, ex c hanges, charges to credit cards and rooms
• Completes daily shift deposits and reports and other opening or closing duties.
• Assists in gift shop inventory by stocking items as they are delivered.
• Packs orders to be shipped.
• Maintains cleanliness of Museum by straightening items and dusting.
