- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in achieving their highest level of functional mobility and independence
- Identify and communicate barriers to patient progress
- Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary rehab team
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation preferred
- Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
