Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour

About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring our facility remains in excellent working condition. Your work helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the residents we serve.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general facility repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Support routine inspections of building systems and equipment
• Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
• Help maintain grounds, common areas, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
• Ability to perform basic repairs and use standard tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
