Position Details
- Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Shifts Available: AM & NOC
- Starting Pay: $24 per hour, depending on experience
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $24/hour, DOE

- Provide compassionate, person-centered daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan and individual needs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, privacy, and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.
- Work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality care to both long-term residents and short-term rehabilitation patients.
- Required: Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous CNA experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
