What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centered care to residents in both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing compassionate, hands-on nursing care
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
• Supporting individualized care plans
• Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and independence
• Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records

Qualifications

• Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Previous skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
