WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, develop, and improve new and existing products
- Participate in building and testing of prototypes
- Provide routine analysis and interpretation of data
- Develop presentations and graphics
- Assist with the development of analysis files, database development, and tracking results
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering bachelor's program (minimum sophomore standing)
- Ability to create detailed engineering drawings, models, and assemblies with proper dimensions, tolerances, and CTQs
- Experience designing, performing, and analyzing tests and experiments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and fluid systems using root cause analysis
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, linked worksheets, data analysis); CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented, takes ownership of work, and adapts to changing priorities
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
