GENERAL DESCRIPTION Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) is seeking a qualified candidate to work with our Home Preservationdepartment, which uses several funding sources to meet thehome repair needs of low-income Los Angeles residents. TheProgram Manager works closely with our program participants, construction team, and funding partners to meet our ambitiousgoals. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Process program applications andqualify eligible households to meetmultiple funder requirements andprogram goals. Adhere to all funder guidelines while maintaining all required documentation and prepare detailed documentation to present to funding partners for approval, billing and reporting Maintain accurate clientele records including contact information, project status updates, project budget, and demographic information Inform target communities of availableprogram services through informationsessions. Implement outreach andmarketing strategies to identify qualifiedprogram participants.
