GENERAL DESCRIPTION We are seeking an individual to be responsible for timesheet and ReStore imports. Their primary role is to ensure data is accurately and efficiently imported into database systems while maintaining the integrity of the data. Cashlog entry, mailing, and other database administration support are part of their weekly tasks and goals. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Imports - ReStore: file prep Vonigo ReStore monthly files and import reStore donors in RENXT. Repetitive data entry, with weekly and monthly goalsImports - Timesheets: file prep VolunteerHub weekly files and import volunteers in RENXT. Repetitive data entry, with weekly and monthly goalsAcknowledgments: cashlog support, entry, mailing, emailing and validation reports. Includes filing and file management.Database administrative support: media uploads, gift benefits, Constant Contact email file clean-up. COMPENSATION Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Salary offers are based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, experience, and qualifications.
