Spring Lake Village - On-Call Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible:

• For ensuring dishes and utensils are returned to kitchen, cleansed, sanitized and properly stored.

• Breaking down kitchen for cleanup.

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, etc.

• Empties trash/recycling from kitchen.

• Ensures that water is at the correct temperature to ensure optimum cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing, and maintains temperature and level of sanitizer logs.

• Transports food trays to residents, ensuring that the correct temps are maintained during transportation.

• Assists cooks as needed.

• Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
