Four Sisters Inns is hiring a Guest Services & Concierge Associate, Milliken Creek Inn in Napa, CA. This is a full-time position.

Four Sisters Inns is looking for a personable, experienced Guest Services & Concierge Associate to join our team at Milliken Creek Inn, a Michelin Two Key luxury hotel in Napa Valley. This role combines front desk guest services with concierge responsibilities and is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, knows how to anticipate guest needs, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences. As a Michelin-recognized property, Milliken Creek Inn is committed to an exceptionally high standard of hospitality. Service is polished, professional, personalized, and consistently above and beyond. We are seeking candidates with strong concierge, hotel, front desk, or other high-level guest service experience. Knowledge of Napa Valley and Wine Country is a plus. When We Need You We are looking for someone who can provide flexible coverage based on the needs of the hotel. This position may be structured as full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate and our scheduling needs. You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings as needed. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide polished, gracious, and highly personalized service throughout their stay. Check guests in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate guest accounts. Answer phones, respond to guest emails and texts, and assist with reservations and hotel services with a consistently professional and polished approach. Provide recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, activities, events, tours, and other experiences. Create personalized itineraries and assist guests with restaurant, winery, spa, and activity reservations. Anticipate guest needs and arrange special experiences and amenities, including VIP services, with exceptional attention to detail. Build positive relationships with local businesses and hospitality partners. Respond to guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency, and work with management to resolve issues and provide appropriate guest recovery. Promote hotel services and offerings, including spa services, food and beverage, packages, and other revenue opportunities. Communicate guest needs and special requests with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and other departments. Assist with breakfast, food and beverage service, and other hotel operations as needed. Step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure the guest experience consistently reflects the standards of a Michelin Two Key luxury hotel. What We're Looking For Previous concierge, luxury hotel, front desk, or comparable high-level guest service experience required. A genuine understanding of polished, professional, and personalized luxury hospitality. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Ability to remain composed, gracious, and professional in all guest interactions. Ability to anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences. Knowledge of Napa Valley, Wine Country, restaurants, wineries, and local activities is highly desirable. Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member. Flexible and willing to assist across hotel departments when needed. Ability to work weekends and company-recognized holidays. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.
