Description:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Clerk in Sacramento, CA, at Pioneer Towers, a 198-unit multilayer subsidy facility (Section 8, LIHTC, SHRA, Market) .

Typical Duties & Requirements:

  • Assist in processing and maintaining confidential tenant files for HUD, Tax Credit, and Market Rate programs
  • Assist in processing annual recertifications, interims, move-ins, and move-outs from start to finish adhering to strict timelines
  • Schedule interviews with residents, collect required paperwork for certifications
  • Assist in maintaining waitlists
  • Assist in processing criminal background and credit reports for new applicants
  • Assist with resolutions of findings on Management and Occupancy Reviews
  • Maintain positive tenant relations and deliver outstanding service to a diverse population of seniors
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience and knowledge of occupancy procedures for HUD and LIHTC (Tax Credit) programs preferred but not required
  • Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist Certificates preferred but not required
  • Recent experience with RealPage One Site preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications (Experience preferred but not required):

  • HUD/Tax-Credit housing
  • Verbal & written communication
  • Resident relations
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite
