Tasks / Responsibilities (To include, but not limited to): Data Entry: Process various types of orders using ERP software (P21)
Administrative: - Maintain an electronic filing system by scanning documents and ensuring they are stored in the correct location
- Collaborate with internal departments through written and verbal communication to ensure accuracy and organization
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include corresponding via email in a professional manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker and prioritize
- Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, World, Power Point)
Environmental/Physical Requirements Office/Sedentary Requirements: - Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Preferred Experience/ Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year or more experience working in an office environment
