Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry. This role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and contact prospective clients to introduce company products or services.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and set up appointments for the sales team as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed log of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product or service information.
    • Resolve customer issues or concerns with a focus on ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Data Entry & Record Management:
    • Accurately enter and update customer and sales information in the CRM or database.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Generate reports and share insights with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Provide administrative support for the sales team as needed.
    • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

    Qualifications:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    • Experience:
      • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential customers.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Working Conditions:
    • Office-based position with a standard work schedule.
    • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or sales goals.
