Clinical Supervisor (TBS)-This is a part-time position with flexible hours, hybrid, located at our Vicente campus in San Francisco. Position Summary The role of the TBS Clinical Supervisor is to provide clinical supervision, documentation review, training and administrative support to TBS staff. Essential Functions Provides documentation/compliance support and training infrastructure to TBS team Reviews and approves SIRs and notes within Edgewoods EHR system (for TBS staff) Reviews and approves PURQC related documents and facilitates PURQC meetings Provides weekly individual, triadic and group clinical supervision to TBS Coaches Provides clinical consultation and leadership to TBS staff through on-call support, overseeing clinical care received by clients in the TBS program Oversees clinical and care management of clients enrolled in the TBS program, following SFDPH guidelines and requirements and ensuring a comprehensive TBS plan Maintains focus on strength-based, family-centered, and integrative treatment approach Coordinates with clinical support staff to assign referrals from SF DPH and other agencies Works collaboratively with the Associate Clinical Director and Program Manager of TBS to ensure program continuity, compliance and overall support of the program is met Core Competencies Ability to provide clinical direction and oversite to all staff under their supervision. Qualifications Masters degree in mental health field from an accredited college or university Current California Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, PhD) plus at least 2 years of experience post- licensure. Must have completed, or to complete as a condition of employment, required clinical supervision training CEUs of state licensing boards (BBS). Minimum 4 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting with children, youth and families Experience providing individual therapy, family therapy, case management and crisis intervention in school-based and community settings Knowledge of mental health and social welfare systems in California Valid California driver's license Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Basic computer literacy Awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural issues and the impact of trauma on individuals, family systems and communities Salary Information The salary range for this part-time position is: $54, 350.40 - $64, 727.50 The starting salary is $54, 350.40 without a threshold language and $59, 785.44 with a threshold language and current licensure (LCSW, LMFT, PhD). The starting salary is $56, 035.20 without a threshold language and $61, 638.72 with a threshold language and at least 2 years' experience as licensed clinical supervisor. The starting salary is $58, 843.20 without a threshold language and $64, 727.52 with a threshold language and at least 5 years' experience as licensed clinical supervisor. *Please note- the language differential is contingent on passing a language proficiency test.
