Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist and physician
- Assist residents in improving functional abilities and independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation, including daily notes and progress reports
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress, goals, and discharge planning
- Educate residents, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies
- Train restorative aides and provide support to nursing staff as needed
- Foster positive relationships with residents and families while advocating for their rehabilitation goals

Qualifications
- Current and active California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
