Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN weekend basis .
Pay Rate: Starting at $54.00-$56.00 per hour
Schedule: PRN (Per Diem), Weekends

Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of California.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Skilled nursing, post-acute, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
