• Position: Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Location: Concord, CA (Contra Costa County)
• Compensation: Starting at $60.00 per hour (DOE)
• Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
• Shifts: Flexible options including Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: As an OTR, you'll be the heart of our rehab department, designing physician-approved treatment plans and leading a talented team of COTAs and restorative aides.
• Life-Changing Therapy: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents, focusing on helping them regain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
• Tech-Forward Rehab: Utilize advanced evaluation tools and ACP equipment to deliver modern, evidence-based interventions.
• Resident Advocacy: Support families throughout the recovery journey, providing education and compassionate discharge planning to ensure long-term success.
