The Opportunity: - Position: Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Location: Concord, CA (Contra Costa County)
- Compensation: Starting at $60.00 per hour (DOE)
- Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
- Shifts: Flexible tracks including Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Clinical Leadership: As an OTR, you are the heartbeat of our rehab department. You will design physician-approved treatment plans and lead a talented team of COTAs and restorative aides.
- Life-Changing Therapy: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents, focusing on reclaiming their independence and improving their quality of life.
- Tech-Forward Rehab: Utilize high-tech evaluation tools and ACP equipment to deliver modern, evidence-based interventions.
- Resident Advocacy: Guide families through the recovery journey, providing education and compassionate discharge planning to ensure long-term success.
